Featuring Filipino flavors by Chef Jodee Reyes from Abante Denver and Chef Hannah Cambronero from Coffee Sarap, we’ll be taking you through three courses highlighting each region of the Philippines: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. You have the option to choose food only, non alcoholic drink pairing, or an alcoholic drink pairing.
Kamayan (kah-MAH-yahn) - which translates to "by hands" in Tagalog. A Kamayan is a communal meal honoring our Filipino roots, where we eat as one family on top of layers of banana leaves. Traditionally this meal is eaten with just our hands.
It's a moment to remember the hands that harvested and prepared the food, by all gathering together in the spirit of Kasama and all of our ancestors that brought us here.
No Kamayan is the same - each chef, season, and family brings a different flavor and story to the table.
